We also offer the opportunity for you to pay by cheque or postal order. Details of addressee will be sent by email once checkout is complete.
Our shipping charges as follows:
UK Delivery £2.95 per order with Free postage for orders over £25
Orders
are despatched via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded signed for delivery
which is a 1-3 working day service but on occasion we may utilise the
services of a courier.
Europe £6.00
International (outside Europe): £12.00
These postage costs are charged no matter how large or small your order.
Delivery Times
Most order are sent same or next day but please allow 10 days in case your item is out of
stock at time of ordering.
If ordering from outwith the UK please allow 21 days from day of despatch for delivery.

Right to Cancel
You
have
the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receipt and
return the goods at your cost for a full refund of the purchase price
and delivery cost. The customer is responsible for return postage costs
except in the case of a manufacturing fault. Return postage costs will
be paid by us in this instance.
Returns
In the case
of returns please contact us by email in the first instance preferably
within a few days of receiving your order so we are aware a parcel is
being returned to us.
When returning items please ensure
you include details of your order number and name and address so we are
aware of which account to refund. Returns with no identifying paperwork
may take us longer to process.
If items are returned as being unsuitable the customer is liable for return postage costs.
If return is due to a manufacturing fault return postage costs shall be borne by us.
Non delivery of items:
If your order has not been received within 5 days of our notification of despatch, please check with your local sorting office, as your postman/woman may not have left a card. If your parcel is not at the sorting office, please contact us.
If items are returned to us as being undelivered, charges for resending the items will be borne by the customer.
